01
About the agent program
The Mavunta agent program lets approved partners help users on- and off-ramp, subject to application, verification, and approval. Agents act for themselves, not as employees or legal representatives of Mavunta Technologies Limited, and must follow these terms, the AML and KYC Policy, and applicable law.
02
Float and liquidity
Agents are responsible for maintaining their own float and for the accuracy of every transaction they facilitate. Funds and balances must be kept in the agent’s own verified accounts. Commingling user funds, lending the float, or operating beyond approved limits is not permitted.
03
Commissions and payouts
Commission rates, qualifying activity, and payout timing are set out in the agent dashboard and may change. Payouts are made to the agent’s verified payout method after activity is confirmed and any risk checks have cleared. Commissions on reversed, fraudulent, or disputed transactions may be withheld or clawed back.
04
Conduct and compliance obligations
As an agent you must:
- Verify users and transactions as required, and never assist identity fraud or account renting.
- Quote only the agreed rates and fees, and never add hidden charges.
- Keep credentials, devices, and the float secure, and report compromise immediately.
- Never ask a user for their PIN, OTP, password, or recovery phrase.
- Report suspicious activity and cooperate with compliance requests.
05
Holds, suspension, and termination
We may place holds on payouts, suspend agent access, or end the agreement where we identify breach, fraud, or unacceptable risk, or where required by law. Either side may end the arrangement; obligations relating to outstanding transactions, funds, and compliance survive termination.
