Available, locked, and pending balances
What each balance type means and why funds can be temporarily unavailable.
Your balance is shown in a few states:
- Available: funds you can trade, send, or withdraw right now.
- Locked / held: funds reserved by an open order, a P2P trade in escrow, or a security hold. They become available again when the order completes or cancels.
- Pending: funds from a deposit that hasn't fully confirmed on the blockchain yet.
- Total: available + locked + pending.
If a balance looks "missing", check whether it's locked in an open order or P2P escrow.
